Petal Peace is a tincture to bring the peaceful vibes of flowers into your world . A floral blend to calm and bring peace to the mind and gut.

This herbal tincture is blend of chamomile and lavender blooms grown in the Aetheria garden. A perfect floral blend for people who find that when stress comes to visit it brings friends like headaches and gut issues.

Chamomile - Ahhh chamomile. A constant spring and summer time companion in my garden, i have had years of self seeded chamomile, coming up year after year. I always ponder that perhaps the abundance of chamomile is a message that I need to take a break, to slow down and find some peace amongst the flowers. Chamomile is a gentle but powerfully calming herb for the nervous system and has a special affinity for a digestive system that becomes bloated and crampy when stress comes to visit. I also think of chamomile for sleeplessness and for finding a peaceful place in your mind when your thoughts are racing and upset.

Lavender - One of the most common and recognisable flowers, everyone knows the beauty and scent of lavender. It loves our temperate climate and grows easily and vigorously. Like chamomile, lavender has a particular affinity for gut issues and headaches associated with stress and anxiety. In addition lavender elevates and uplifts the spirits so is perfect for those with anxiety. low mood and irritability

This tincture is handmade from scratch by me using chamomile and lavender flowers grown in the Aetheria garden alongside additional lavender grown by my friend Katie at Opoiti Apothecary in Wairoa . It harnesses the full solar and lunar light of a full month and is made in the old way. The old way honours the herbs and the relationships that a herbalist has with them. The daily shaking of jars, the straining, the love and thought that goes into each and every bottle. This is the way of the past and definitely the way to the lightness of the future that I want to see.
